Try Ceramics Afternoon (for beginners)

During the afternoon, you will be introduced to the basics of ceramics using hand-building techniques. Pinching, coiling, and slab techniques will become familiar, and you can decorate your work with engobe colors. This evening is an excellent first step into the world of ceramics!

Instructor: Ceramicist Elina Sallinen

The course is limited to 18 participants 

Clayhem will glaze and fire the pieces after the course, making them dishwasher/microwave safe 

Finished course works can be collected 3 weeks after the course 

Please pick up your finished works within four weeks of the completion date 

Course Content:

Course introduction, concept and design of the piece, starting and finishing the work, techniques used: pinching, coil technique, slab technique 1 x 3h session

Saturday 18th of January from 2PM to 5PM.

The course fee is €98, which includes instruction, clays, glazes, coffee and tea, and VAT.
